Every month I pick a special coffee to roast and send it out. As always, it’s a single origin, high-scoring offering, sometimes something with unusual processing or a variety that has caught my eye. Some of it is experimental. All of it is coffee I want to drink daily.
The coffee is vacuum sealed in a compostable bag and labeled with the origin, process, and roast date. Subscription coffees roast on the 2nd Tuesday of the month and ship that same week.
Storage: Dump the contents into your air-tight storage canister and keep it away from heat. I keep mine in the top cupboard in my kitchen. For long-term storage and use later, keep the bag sealed and toss it into the freezer. Once you’re ready to use it, open the entire bag and put it into an air-tight container. Don’t re-freeze one you’ve taken it out.
