The Clever Coffee Dripper is one of the most forgiving brewers out there. It combines full-immersion steeping with a paper-filtered drawdown, giving you a clean, sweet cup without any of the fuss of a traditional pour-over. We add water first, then fairly coarsely ground coffee, give a very gentle stir, and then wait 4 minutes…or 6…or walk the dog and come back after. Then set it on your mug. It’s pretty foolproof. That’s it. Experiment with the grind and agitation to find your sweet spot.
